Abstract

The new regulation of expert evidence in the Spanish civil procedural code is extremely important. The evidence of experts has ceased to be a personal evidence to become a real evidence justified in the provision of documents by the experts of each of the parties, so the expert is no longer going to be the assistant to the judge
